Started the Class of 1983 websites in the begininng of 2008. Had so much fun reconnecting with friends, I decided to start the Lake County Schools Alumni Association and built websites for LCHS THS RHS and Lincoln. The LCHS site went 'live' in Oct of 2009
Creating the sites is my way of giving back to the community, teachers and friends that made an impact in my life along my journey.
Most people remember me as "Randy Rice". We move to Tiptonville in 1969 with my mom and step dad. My mom, Peggy Rice, still lives there and is retired from the Reelfoot Lake State Park
